Our Estate Management Department is headed by our Managing Director and experienced Chartered Surveyor Johanne Coupe FRICS. As a Fellow of the Royal Institution Chartered Surveyors Johanne has over 25 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial Estate Management and in the provision of Valuations & Surveys – you can therefore rest assured that your development is in safe and experienced hands.

Coupe Property Consultants are also fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and passed their last audit with flying colours. Our clients are reassured that reserve funds we hold on their behalf are not only protected but that our company adheres to the highest professional standards.

Each development is managed proactively by Johanne and her experienced team. Not only do we carry out all the standard duties of an Estate Manager, we also look to maximise and enhance your investment wherever possible. Johanne will regularly inspect your Estate and, as a Chartered Surveyor, she often identifies problems before they become a serious issue. She also advises on major works and by keeping this in-house, reduces the overall costs to the client.

Our dedicated Accounts Department will collect service charge payments, issue statements, pay your communal invoices and take overall charge of your finances. As idyllic as this sounds, we are also realists and we recognise that unfortunately there will always be one or two lessees who don’t believe service charge payments or lease covenants apply to them! We therefore liaise closely with a specialist firm of solicitors to provide affordable litigation as a last resort. Put simply, we will fight for your money!
