  • Administering Insurance policies including Public Liability and Plant & Machinery insurance
  • Ensuring lease compliance
  • Encourage proactive relationships with tenants
  • Addressing tenants issues and problems in an efficient and timely manner
  • Liaising with tenants over alterations
  • Supervision of regular contractors such as lift engineers, gardeners and cleaners
  • Acting as Company Secretary if so required
  • Submission of the Management Company Annual Return to Companies House
