Johanne Coupe FRICSManaging Director
Johanne is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Registered Valuer.

Johanne graduated from the College of Estate Management, Reading University and now has over 25 years’ experience in the profession. She spent the first 8 years of her career at the District Valuers office in Worcester where she gained valuable experience in a wide variety of work including property management, valuation of residential, commercial and agricultural property, compulsory purchase & compensation and property acquisition.

On leaving the District Valuers Johanne spent many years as a Senior Valuer at some of the leading names in property management including Black Horse Surveyors and Bradford & Bingley, before launching her own surveying practice in 2006.

Whilst running the business Johanne was also an Associate Tutor on both the BSc in Surveying Management and Diploma in Surveying Practice at the College of Estate Management however she has now retired from this role to dedicate further time to Coupe Property Consultants.

In her occasional free time she enjoys the great outdoors and can be found mountain walking, horse riding and occasionally ski-ing (hopelessly). Helping on the family farm and, if possible, relaxing with a glass of wine and a good business book take up any slack.
